This site is sheltered by the Fiz mountain range and therefore enables year-round flying, with take-off from Plaine-Joux where our 2 schools are based. They are professional organisations that offer both courses and two-man flights.

A beginner's course lasts five days in a state-recognised centre, for people aged 12 years and up. Enrolment in a Club de Vol Libre means you can later subscribe to pass a licence and FFVL insurance, and also allows you to take part in the outings and events organised. The supervision of professionals allows you to improve safety in flight and to become a better pilot, but remember that in flight you have the sole responsibility.
