Paintings and sculptures invaded roads and lakes,
forests and rocks high above Passy marking an
alliance between art and the mountain environment.
Passy kept the monumental sculptures by Albert
Feraud, Alexander Calder, Charles Semser, Agustin
Cardenas, Joan Gardy Artigas. Some new works have
been added post 1989, by artists such as Raymond
Gosselin, Jean-François Dupuy, Romy et
Gilles Roussi.
The trail spreads out over 15 km on the mountainside
between the plains and Plaine-Joux, opposite Mont
Blanc, and transforms Passy into an open air
museum.
